REFOG Employee Monitor is licensed per number of monitored computers. If you need to control 10 PCs from one computer, working in a local network, you need a license for 10 computers. The number of reinstallation of the software on any computer or from one computer to another is not limited too.
REFOG Terminal Monitor is licensed per number of people using the terminal server. That is, if there are 30 workers sharing 1 terminal server in your organization, you need a license for 30 users.
If you do not need the 'Online Dashboard' feature, you can cancel subscription from it at any time. The REFOG Personal Monitor application will still work. You can set up how log files are sent - for example, by email
The update of all programs is free within one year (365 calendar days from the date of purchase.)
After one year you can continue to use the program, but to update it to the latest current version you'll need to buy a new key. When you upgrade the program you will be able to get a 50% discount.
